We will try to process your order within the shortest duration possible(approximately 2 days). If there's any special request eg. custom made, alteration in sizes, longer duration will be needed.

Step 2

Upon receiving the order email, we will issue you an invoice via email. We are using Maybank, account details will be stated clearly in the invoice.

Step 3

Proceed to payment via www.maybank2u.com.my or MAYBANK cash deposit machine. Please send us an email for confirmation by stating the amount deposited, method of payment, date of deposit and order number. ZAZU only supports cash deposit to our banking account or online banking.

Step 4

Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with delivery. In the case where payment is not made within 2 days after the invoice is issued, the order will be void. Stock Items will be sent out within 3 working days after payment is made.
